There is an education emergency in Pakistan. 25 million children are currently out of school. 1 in 10 of the world's out-of-school children reside in Pakistan. Only 1.5% of our budget goes to education. There are 26 countries poorer than us, but they all have more children going to schools. Now the HEC has run out of money and even our struggling Higher Education sector has been given a major blow. How do we fix this?
